Anton Anderson is a veteran technology strategist, consultant, and community leader with more than three decades of experience helping organizations navigate the intersection of business, technology, and innovation. As founder of Productivity Consulting, he has advised companies, public agencies, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs on technology strategy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, software development, digital transformation, and communications systems, earning a reputation for making complex technology understandable and actionable.
A Southern California native raised in Altadena, Anton developed an early passion for technology while serving on the technology staff for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games. He later earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Visual Arts from Dartmouth College, where he worked as a student technology consultant supporting a large campus-wide network. After returning to Los Angeles in 1989, he launched his consulting practice and has since become a trusted advisor to business leaders, startups, and civic organizations throughout the region.
In addition to his professional work, Anton has maintained a deep commitment to leadership and public service. He has served in numerous alumni leadership roles for Dartmouth College, including President of the Dartmouth Club of Los Angeles and 1st Vice-President of the Dartmouth Association of Alumni. His civic and nonprofit involvement has included Leadership Pasadena, the Pasadena YMCA, TEDxPasadena, and advisory work with regional technology organizations. In December 2025, he was sworn in as a member of the Altadena Town Council.
Known for his thoughtful, people-centered approach to leadership, Anton combines strategic insight with creativity, optimism, and a passion for developing others. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to innovation, community engagement, and helping organizations and individuals thrive in an increasingly connected world. He lives in Altadena with his wife and children, where he remains active in community and school activities and is famous for his pancakes!
