Justin Mahramas was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has lived in Southern California for the past 15 years. He and his wife have lived in Altadena for four years, having moved here after falling in love with Altadena’s natural beauty and proximity to some of their favorite hiking trails - where they can be found on most weekends hiking and running with their dog.

Justin graduated from law school at William & Mary and is a practicing land use and CEQA attorney. He has extensive experience across California covering a wide variety of entitlement projects. Justin received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University in political science and philosophy. He also spent a year studying abroad at Oxford University, Hertford College.

As a member of ATC, he is actively involved in the land use, legislative affairs, and infrastructure committees.
